I’m still buzzing with gratitude and pride after a truly inspiring Sunday. Yesterday, we hosted the very first Menopause Matters Expo, right here on the Central Coast, and what a day it was!

The expo was born from a shared frustration among many women (myself included) about the lack of open discussion, support, and access to care when it comes to perimenopause and menopause. What we witnessed on Sunday was the very opposite of silence. We saw connection. We saw empowerment. We saw women asking questions, learning, laughing, and even shedding a few tears as they finally felt seen, heard, and supported.

From the moment the doors opened at Mingara, the energy was electric. Our incredible line-up of guest speakers—including gynaecologists, psychologists, nutritionists, and women’s health advocates, delivered insightful, honest, and often emotional talks that truly resonated. The feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive, and it’s clear that this type of event is not just wanted…it’s needed.

Thank you to everyone who attended, exhibited, spoke, and helped us bring the expo to life. I believe this is only the beginning of something much bigger for women’s health on the Central Coast.
